Bobby Brown death is suspense for all of his fans.Bobby Brown succumbed to cancer at the age of 41.Bobby Brown has not really been in the news lately and his name has really flown below the radar the past couple of years. I guess that’s why nobody really knows right now if the “Bobby Brown died” rumors are true or just thats rumors.

Brown was famously married to R&B legend Whitney Houston. The couple split in April 2007, ending their 14-year marriage. They have a 17-year-old daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The fake stories or pranks began circulation from popular social-networking sites Facebook and Twitter earlier this week.

A spokesman for the singer has already said that the rumors are totally NOT TRUE and that Bobby Brown is still alive as we speak.

Bobby Brown’s death is latest in a long line of celebrities that have been targeted by online prankers. If you could recall, rumors about the death of Johnny Depp and Bill Cosby circulated but these were dispelled later on.

Yes, the 41-year-old police-blotter regular is, by all accounts, alive and kicking despite tweets and Internet headlines to the contrary.

So, when and where did this latest celebrity death rumor start?

According to the Twitter search stats compiled at the very handy CrowdEye, Brown started becoming a hot topic on Tuesday afternoon.

In those early tweets, users say they'd just received word via a BlackBerry blast that the "My Prerogative" singer had died. Later, the story got filled in with "details"—the hospitalization, the lung cancer, etc.

Meanwhile, over at the official Facebook and MySpace pages of Brown's new legit endeavor, the Heads of State, all was well. Because all is well.
