Former porn performer Jenna Jameson has reportedly passed a drug test she underwent to prove her boyfriend Tito Ortiz wrong after he claimed that she was hooked on painkillers.

JENNA JAMESON's boyfriend TITO ORTIZ has been arrested at the couple's California home and faces domestic violence charges.

Police arrived at the Huntington Beach house Jameson shares with the mixed martial arts champion after a neighbour reported a disturbance on Monday morning (26Apr10).
Jameson was reportedly found with "visible injuries".

After making bail, Ortiz held a press conference where he tearfully denied having hit Jameson, saying that the couple did not have an altercation which led to physical violence. Ortiz claimed that the incident was an intervention. Ortiz’s lawer, Chip Matthews, claimed that Ortiz had found pills in Jameson’s pants pocket and confronted her about it. Ortiz claims that Jameson has been addicted to prescription pain medication for more than a year, specifically pointing out OxyContin.

In response to these allegations, Jameson had herself subjected to drug tests on Tuesday, as shared in a feature on The New York Daily News. TMZ.com reported that Jameson passed the drug tests, which turned up negative for ten major drugs, including cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine and oxycodone; the latter is a primary ingredient in Oxycontin.

Later on, Jena Jameson managed to pass a thorough drug test with flying colors but her urine reports came out as negative, with signs of Oxycodone – the key ingredient used in OxyContin. As far as Jenna Jameson’s personal views are concerned, she believes she’s not addicted to any sort of drug, be it OxyContin or any other form of drugs.

Ortiz, on the other hand was caught and locked up behind bars, since charges of domestic violence were pressed against him. Although, Jenna says that she took OxyContin after being brutally beaten by her boyfriend, but evidence reveals that there has been no sign or influence of any opiates or forced substances. Whatever she, she did out of her own consent.

Her attorney, Ronald Richards, added: 'The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances. Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by the results from this prestigious testing facility.'

Ortiz and his lawyer claim that Jameson is addicted to Oxycontin, and that is what led to the alleged incident that saw the UFC star arrested for domestic violence.
